Some OBAÏA pieces are made in small batches. Pre-ordering lets you reserve yours today. Here’s what happens next, step by step.

You reserve your piece
On the product page, choose your colour, then “Pre-order”. The dispatch date is shown before you pay.

You pay securely
In full, or in 3 interest-free instalments. Your order is confirmed by email straight away.

We prepare your order
Every piece is checked, then wrapped by hand: dust bag, tissue paper and OBAÏA box.

You’re kept informed at every step
An email on dispatch, with the tracking link. Free delivery from €100 in Europe and Switzerland.
Good to know
The dispatch date, always in view
On the product page, just above the “Pre-order” button.
In your basket, under every pre-order item.
In the confirmation email, then in the dispatch email.

When you place your order, just as for an in-stock piece. Your pre-order is then reserved and confirmed by email.
Yes. Your order will ship all at once, on the dispatch date of the pre-order piece.
Yes, as long as it hasn’t been dispatched: write to us from the Contact page. After delivery, you have 14 days to change your mind.
We’ll let you know by email as early as possible, with the new date. You remain free to cancel.
