Every order is packed by hand in our warehouse, then handed to our carriers. Here are the delivery times and rates, country by country.

Times and rates
Orders are packed within 1 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery times are for guidance and may vary by carrier. Outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply, payable by the customer.
Pre-orders
A pre-order piece ships on the date shown on its page (currently: from 30 November 2026). If your basket also contains an in-stock piece, everything ships together, in one shipment.
Careful packaging
Every piece travels in its dust bag, wrapped in tissue paper, inside an OBAÏA box. Perfect for gifting.
